Philosophy
I believe that coming to the gym should be fun, and in order to keep your work out fun, you should allow yourself some variety. Make sure that you master the basics, and then use those exercises to expand your horizons. Yes, you have to put in hard work in order to see results, but we are going to have fun doing it! I feel like if you can keep things fresh and exciting, you won’t even notice how hard you’re working. If you’re a morning person, and you like to get a good workout in before you go to work, come see me, and we can put together a program that I know you’ll love.
